Fenomenale l’idea del giovedì sera della Triennale di Milano: 10 Euro per avere diritto a visitare tutte le mostre in corso e in più gustarsi un aperitivo all’interno del Triennale Design Cafè, dalle 19.00 alle 23.00.
Questa iniziativa permette senz’altro di ampliare il target di fruizione dell’offerta artistica, per il vantaggio economico del biglietto unico, per la fascia oraria in cui è proposta e per l’abbinamento mondano con il rito dell’happy hour.
Di fatto però l’affollamento al Design Cafè, a testimonianza del successo dell’iniziativa, rende l’aperitivo del giovedì sera una sorta di purgatorio dantesco dove nutrirsi è quasi impossibile e abbeverarsi un’ardua impresa.
Il personale inadeguato ad affrontare la ressa e l’offerta di cibo piuttosto particolare rendono le attese lunghe e spesso infruttuose: quantità industriali di fagioli e ceci, porzioni di cibo fritto razionate ad intervalli di trenta minuti, paste al sugo improvvisate e zuppe di farro poco appetibili pongono il giusto, amletico dubbio dell’opportunità di avvicinarsi al buffet prima o dopo aver affrontato il percorso artistico all’interno del museo.
Lodevole il cosa, notevolmente da affinare il come.

Awesome idea, the one of Thursday Evenings at the Triennale di Milano: 1o euros to have the chance to visit all the current exibits, also enjoying an aperitif inside the Triennale Design Cafè, from 19.00 to 23.00.
This initiative surely allows to extend the fruition target of the art’s supply, thanks to the economical advantage of the all in one ticket, to the time range in which it is proposed and to the worldy match of the happy hour rite.
But, in fact, the crowding at the Desing Cafè, that proves the achievement of the initiative, transforms the Thursday evening aperitif in a sort of Dante’s Purgatory, where to get food is almost impossible, and to get some drinks is an hard challenge.
A too small staff compared to the crowd and an offer of quite particular kind of food, create long and often failing waitings: huge quantity of beans and ceci, portion of fried food rationed every half hours, ad-libbed tomato pasta and not so much appetizing spelt soups, put the right, hamletic dubt on the opportunity to approach to the buffet before or after, the artistical journey inside the museum.
The “what” is laudable, but “the how” needs large improvements.
